Mindful Sport Performance Enhancement (MSPE)
Team-based mindfulness program that teaches athletes how to stay present, regulate emotions, and perform with greater clarity under pressure. Using mindful sport performance enhancement (MSPE) methods, teams learn practical tools- like breath work, cognitive defusion, positive psychology and attention-training that strengthens focus, resilience and connection. Each workshop is unique to the specific team. The goal is simple- help athletes respond, not react, so they can compete with consistency and confidence.
Parents and coaches play a critical role in an athlete’s performance. These educational workshops translate sport psychology research into clear, actionable strategies adults can use to support young athletes. Topics include motivation, confidence, emotional regulation, injury Recovery and creating a healthy, sustainable sport environment. The goal is simple: equip the adults in an athlete’s life with tools that truly help them thrive.
Youth Team Workshops
Helping teams learn how to communicate, trust each other and play with confidence. Our workshops mix movement, teamwork challenges, and simple sport psychology tools- like breathing for focus, positive self-talk and staying calm under pressure so athletes build skills they can use in everyday practice and games. Each session is tailored to the team’s age, needs and season.
