Our consulting is grounded in Acceptance & Commitment Theory using mindfulness, values-driven action and psychological flexibility training to help athletes build skills that support consistent, resilient performance.
Our work also emphasizes team cohesion, communication and whole-athlete wellness; creating environments where athletes feel supported, capable and ready to thrive on and off the ‘field.’
Meet, Dani.
Danielle is a Mental Performance Coach, a passionate journey shaped by her own experience as an athlete. This early challenge became the foundation of her commitment to becoming the resource she once needed. Today, Danielle blends her clinical background as a pediatric nurse and certified life coach, youth coaching experience and the lived perspective of being a mom to three athletes. Shaped by years of professional work and personal experience, her approach centers on truly understanding athletes with a positive perspective and true compassion. She is currently within her mentorship as a CMPC Candidate. Danielle helps athletes strengthen resilience, manage pressure, and develop the mindset to thrive in Sport and beyond.

Mindful Sport Performance Enhancement (MSPE) is a mindfulness-based mental training program for athletes and coaches. Research backed evidence has shown mindfulness to decrease stress, reduce performance anxiety, optimize performance, improve concentration, and more. Mindfulness based techniques are taught to enhance an athlete’s performance and benefit them within the academic and real-world applications.
